Dr. Shantai Mancuso

Dr. Shantai Mancuso is a second generation, dual national board-certified Chiropractor (🇨🇦&🇺🇸). She graduated with Cum Laude honors from Palmer College of Chiropractic West, and with a Bachelors of Science in Biology with distinction from the University of Alberta. During her time in chiropractic school, she served as the student President of the American Chiropractic Association Sports Council, and received accolades such as the Virgil Strang Philosophy Award, and being inducted into the Pi Tau Delta Chiropractic Honors Society. Dr. Shantai is Webster Certified, trained in Spinning Babies, is a Certified Lactation Professional (CLP) and has extensive training through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and ACA in pediatric, prenatal, postpartum and sports chiropractic.

Growing up with 2 chiropractors as parents meant she witnessed and experienced the incredible health benefits of chiropractic since the day she was born. She decided to become a chiropractor after a ski racing injury where she broke both her legs and dislocated her knee, requiring a dozen surgeries over the span of a few years. Though she was told she may never run again, 3 years later she was back to all the activities she loved, including skiing. Throughout this experience she learned to love the holistic, full body, multi-faceted approach of chiropractic, and decided to go to chiropractic school.

Dr. Shantai found her passion in perinatal chiropractic while in grad school, and supporting one of her best friends through her first pregnancy. Her mother's specialization in perinatal and pediatric care has further helped to guide her education and experience. Supporting women through the exciting and impactful times of pre-conception to pregnancy to postpartum is the biggest joy in her career, and getting to follow and help the little ones through their milestones is the cherry on top.

Dr. Shantai practices what she preaches and lives an active lifestyle involving cycling, yoga, pilates, hiking, weight lifting and skiing. Dr. Shantai also loves to travel, and has visited 30 some countries. A bucket list item is to visit all the continents… She only has Antarctica left, but it might be a little too chilly!

Dr. Mat Mancuso

Dr. Mat has lived all over the place, however he has called Colorado home for the past 15 years. From an early age he was introduced to Chiropractic due to his involvement in sports as well as treatment of his chronic headaches. His success as a patient sparked an interest in health and wellness, and led him to attend the University of Colorado, Boulder for his undergraduate studying Integrated Physiology. During his time in school, he worked as an intern at the Spinal Cord Injury Recovery Center in Denver while simultaneously working as a personal trainer. These experiences further solidified his interest in the conservative health field, and ultimately becoming a Chiropractor.

Dr. Mat received his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College in Santa Clara, California. During his studies, he worked at a crossfit gym and was a member of the Sports Council providing on field care to athletes. When he graduated, he began working at a large integrated medicine clinic where he was the lead doctor at an office consisting of many other conservative and medical providers. He has extensive experience and training in acute care as well as injuries sustained in motor vehicle accidents. Dr. Mat focuses on the functional aspects of his patients’ health, and is well versed in exercises and movement rehab as well. He is also the team Chiropractor for the Colorado Mammoth Lacrosse team!

Dr. Mat enjoys traveling with Dr. Shantai (although has not been to nearly as many countries) as well as taking the office dog, Mabel, out to parks. You can usually find him in the local gym during the day, or researching the continued effort to perfect his rib smoking methods on the weekends.

DR. MEGHAN JESKE

Born and raised in Colorado, a healthy lifestyle has always been at the forefront of Dr. Meghan’s life. This passion led to her academic career where she received her Bachelors degree in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State University. While exploring her career options, she met a pediatric and perinatal chiropractor and knew that this is the career for her. She worked at that office as a chiropractic assistant for nearly two years before attending chiropractic school at Life University in Georgia. She graduated Summa Cum Laude and moved back to Colorado to start practicing.

While in school, she completed the Webster and BirthFit certifications to better help the prenatal population. She plans to continue her education by training with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). Although her interests lies with the pediatric and perinatal population, her passion is providing conservative and holistic care to everyone.

When she’s not in the office you can find Dr. Meghan weightlifting, climbing, doing yoga, or curled up with her latest book obsession. She’s very excited to be back in the mountains and can’t wait to get back on the slopes. She also loves spending time with her family and will gush about her niece all day long!

Mabel, LEAD ASSISTANT DOGGO

Mabel is Eastridge Chiropractic Co.’s office dog. You’ll find her napping in Dr. Mat’s room most days. She loves running figure 8’s at Chatfield Dog Park and munching on the occasional TV remote. She’ll probably run away when she first meets you, but she eventually would love to lick your feet.

SANDY HILTMAN, OFFICE MANAGER

Sandy and her husband, Dave, are Colorado natives and have lived in Highlands Ranch for about 17 years. They have 2 children in college, both out of state. Sandy comes to Eastridge Chiropractic from an admissions office at an osteopathic medical school and wanted to continue working in the medical field, but with more emphasis on patient contact and customer service. In her spare time, she loves hanging out with friends and family, catching up on her favorite shows, and spending time outdoors. She also loves anything 80's!
